Mission & Vision

## Bridging Passion and Profession

Early Childhood Education is a profession that is driven by passion. We are pouring that drive into the industry by connecting together to support and enrich the lives and careers of our teachers. With more than 40 licensed childcare centers throughout Sheboygan County, we support hundreds of staff in the work they do each day to bring quality care for thousands of children.

### Vision

To ensure a thriving, county wide Early Childhood Education system through collaboration.

### Mission

To provide support for the Early Childhood Education field through collaboration, eliminate barriers to the ECE profession and increase quality childcare through partnership and education.

Together, we can bridge the gap between passion and profession to elevate the standard of care in Sheboygan County.
