Britney is first and foremost a mommy to a two year old little girl and one of the first little dreamers at A Million Dreamz, Madisyn. She works full time for Sheboygan County Department of Public and Environmental Health and lives with her boyfriend, Scott. She has 10 years of work in Childcare and has a passion for helping families be the best they can be.
Jennifer Irish is the Early Childhood Education Instructor at Moraine Park Technical College. Over the last 20+ years, she has worked with young children in a variety of settings including licensed child care centers, public schools, and private schools.
Recently retired from her position as CFO of Polyfab LLC, Carol had been a dynamic and integral part of developing a one-man shop into a manufacturing facility known worldwide. Her experience and expertise with financial matters, human resources, business planning and management are welcomed with enthusiasm. Carol is happy to be on board.
Larry Samet, a proud graduate of Lakeland University with a BA in Sociology, has dedicated his life to serving the Sheboygan community. His journey began at Willowglen Academy where he worked for 10 years before moving on to serve Sheboygan County HHSD for an impressive 30 years as Wraparound Coordinator SW III.
Now retired from his professional career, Larry continues to make impactful contributions through various roles. He is currently the Citizen Representative on the HHSD Board and serves as President of both the Sheboygan Police & Fire Commission and Kiwanis Club of Greater Sheboygan. Additionally, he sits on the boards of Camp Evergreen and Sheboygan Senior Community.
In his past board services, Larry was a founding member of Safe Harbor and also served Hearthstone diligently. Beyond his professional commitments, Larry cherishes family time with Mary Kay Vincent-Samet (his wife of 38 years), their two daughters Lauren and Leah and grandchildren Harper and Grayson.
Kristen relocated to Sheboygan in 2001 from Omaha, NE. She has worked in the banking industry for the past 20+ years in a variety of roles. She finds fulfillment and purpose when she is able to help others with their financial goals.
When she isn't working she enjoys volunteering throughout the community, reading, thrift store shopping, practicing yoga, and spending time with her three daughters.
Alyssa DeTroye is a Talent Partner at Sargento Foods in Plymouth. She has worked in human resources for over a decade in various roles. She holds a master's degree from Walden University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with an HR emphasis and PHR certification. She recently was the Diversity Director for the Sheboygan Area SHRM board and has served for 3 years as a Village Trustee for the village of Glenbeulah.
Alyssa lives in Glenbeulah with her husband and their three cats.

Joseph J. Voelkner was born and raised in Grafton, Wisconsin. Joe currently resides in Sheboygan with his wife, Melissa. Joe is a partner of Olsen, Kloet, Gunderson & Conway and presides on several non-profit boards throughout Sheboygan County.
Joe is an avid sports fan and tennis player, he enjoys playing tennis, golf, hockey, basketball, and softball and enjoys traveling at every opportunity.
After 10 years of providing childcare in her home, Angel is proud to step up to the role of Executive Director and help create a kind and warm environment for families in need of care and support. She was recognized three years running at a National Parent Support Convention as a Parent Leader (2003-2006) and continues to be an advocate for children and healthy families. She was honored as Insight magazine's Difference Maker in 2024 and brings her passion to work with her everyday.
Angel is a proud mother of two grown sons and lives with her husband Matt in Sheboygan. Through her experiences as a mother of a child with special needs and a struggling single parent prior to meeting her husband, she learned firsthand how challenging parenting can be.
Angel is fiercely dedicated to bringing this vision of a childhood education and care center to the county she had grown to love in the hope that every family has the support that they need to raise happy and healthy children.
